Photo submission procedure and photo release information
When you place your order you will automatically be sent an e-mail containing detailed photo and name submission instructions.

In general, digital photos are preferable to printed photos. For best results, photos should display the subject close-up with their face looking straight into the camera, in focus and evenly lit. If the subject's mouth is open slightly, it portrays them as speaking, but this is not essential for the creation of the train video. We are able to select individual faces out of a group shot if the resolution is high enough. A simple test to determine if a digital photo has a high enough resolution is to print out the photo at 100%. Each subject's face should be at least as big as a quarter. This will guarantee that the file is high enough in resolution in relation to size to use in the video production.

We can also scan standard printed photos. There is an additional charge of $10 for that service and your photos will be returned to you with your DVD.

If there is more than one subject in the photo, make sure to indicate in the reply email which subject will be the Blue Engine, the Red Engine or the School Bus. We welcome including friends, family, and pets as subjects in the three available roles in the video.

It is necessary to read and agree to the terms and conditions for the photo release before making your final purchase. The terms and conditions are just above the "Buy Now" button on the buy now page.

Shipping policies
All DVDs are shipped by USPS. The single copy standard production orders are shipped via USPS parcel post. Priority production orders and orders that include an extra copy are shipped USPS priority mail.

Returns
We at U-trainDVD.com are committed to delivering the highest quality in personalized DVD videos. Due to the personalized nature of this product, all sales are final. Once your order is placed we cannot accept cancellations, requests for modifications or returns for credit or refunds. If you believe the product you received is defective or an error was made during the production process, we will replace your product at no additional charge. Please contact support@u-traindvd.com

Before requesting a replacement disk, consult your DVD player's operation manual for compatibility with DVD-R. Over 90% of the current market's DVD players are compatible with this format. DVD+R are available upon request.

*Claims on defective merchandise must be made within 60 days of shipment date. The original product must be sent back to us for inspection by our quality control. A replacement DVD will be sent to you at no additional charge.

If you received a mailing from us, your e-mail address is either listed with us as someone who has expressly shared this address for the purpose of receiving information in the future, or you have purchased or otherwise have an existing relationship with us. We do not and will not ever share, sell, or rent individual personal information with anyone. Information submitted to us is only available to employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you or sending e-mails based on your request for information.

All photos sent to us will only be used for creation of the personalized DVD that you requested. They will be kept on files so that we can provide you with additional copies of your video should you request them in the future. We will delete all photos and personal information if you request us to do so.

How can you stop receiving e-mail from us? If you have received unwanted, unsolicited email sent by us OR purporting to be sent by us, please forward a copy of that e-mail with your comments to us for review. We will be happy to remove you from our mailing list.
